PETS. Tenant shall not keep domestic or other animals on or about the premises without the PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT of the Landlord. Tenant shall be fully responsible and liable for the animal, its behavior, any personal injuries, and any damage done by the animal. The Landlord shall have the right to withdraw consent and demand removal of any previously permitted animal upon the first complaint registered against such animal or upon evidence of injury or damage to person or property caused by the animal. Owner has the right to remedy any damages caused by pets by using funds from the security deposit. Tenant may not substitute any other animal that was approved from original application without written consent from Landlord. Any unauthorized pets are subject to a fee, regardless of how long they have been on property. This does not apply for service/companion/assistance animals, which are not considered pets. The Tenant agrees to an additional charge of $25/month for each animal brought onto the property.
